Marjorie Siekman passed away peacefully September 21st at the age of 85.


Services are pending. Family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the local animal shelter. Buswell Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Charles “Chuck” L. Lenz, Jr., 70, of Warrens, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Serenity Hospice Home in Tomah.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, September 30, 2019 at Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau Street, Tomah. Derek Bloom will officiate. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 4-7 PM on Sunday, September 29, 2019 and again Monday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Lawrence “Larry” E. Olson, age 82, of Black River Falls, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Marshfield Hospital in Eau Claire.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Torgerson Funeral Home, 408 N Water Street, Black River Falls, WI 54615 at 1 p.m. with Dennis Frost officiating. Visitation will take place at Torgerson Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until time of services on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Millston.

Shirley H. Kuehl “Ms. Shirley” 87 of Warrens, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Close to Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, 12:00 Noon at Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau Street, Tomah. Pastor Robert Streeter will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the services. Gene A. Radtke, 77, of La Crescent, MN. passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, MN. He was born in La Crosse on October 13, 1941 to Arnold and Edna (Munzenberger) Radtke. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. In October of 1965 Gene married Mary Schultz and she preceded him in death on February 25, 1981. Gene then married Alice Selke on September 12, 1981.
Gene farmed all his life. When farming in Black River Falls, he started a campground called Lost Falls Resort. He later had an opportunity to obtain his first farm in Nodine, MN. where he lived and farmed for the remainder of his life.
He enjoyed dancing, euchre, hunting and collecting tractors.
Gene is survived by his wife, Alice; daughter, Ellen (John) DeMaira of Onalaska; three sons, David Radtke of La Crosse, Bill (Susie) Selke of Dakota, and Brian (Teresa Pedretti) Selke of La Crescent; ten grandchildren, Heather (Vang) Yang, Megan (Robert Wegner) DeMaira, Danielle Gerdes, Jolissa (Trevor Mahlum) Gerdes, Tyler and Tanner Gerdes, and Rachael, Amanda, Kenlee, and Bradlee Selke; five great grandchildren; and a sister, Diane Moran.
